Sherman College is a private college offering the doctor of chiropractic degree, and its mission is to be the leader in bringing straight chiropractic to the world. Sherman College accomplishes its mission through education, research and service.

Sherman College is home to a growing and diverse population of approximately 350 students. To enter the 14-quarter program, students must have at least 90 semester hours of college-level courses, including courses in the sciences.

  • The college is a highly personal learning community where we are committed to maintaining a student-to-faculty ratio of 15 to 1 or less.

  • Sherman College operates a Chiropractic Health Center on its campus open to the public where students intern under the supervision of licensed doctors of chiropractic. The health center provides more than 30,000 patient visits each year.

  • Sherman College students are active in the Spartanburg community, participating in more than 200 events each year, including health fairs, spinal screenings, Special Olympics, Adopt-A-Highway, food drives, school supply drives, nursing home programs and more.
